隨著人類對能源需求越來越大，對產(chǎn)品能效的管控和監(jiān)督也越來越透明。歐盟為了消費者能夠查詢購買產(chǎn)品的能效等級信息，建立了歐洲能源標簽產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)庫EPREL (European Product Database for Energy Labelling)。對產(chǎn)品供應商來說，這意味著產(chǎn)品在進入歐盟之前，又有了新的要求—需要在EPREL系統(tǒng)中注冊產(chǎn)品的能效信息。
EPREL登記的時間節(jié)點：
1. 在2019年1月1日之后，歐盟能效標簽授權(quán)法案范圍內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品，進入歐盟市場之前，供應商（制造商，進口商或其授權(quán)的代表）需要在EPREL系統(tǒng)做登記(歐盟能效標簽產(chǎn)品注冊)。
As of 1 January 2019, suppliers (manufacturers, importers or authorized representatives) need to register their appliances, which require an energy label in the European Product Database for Energy Labelling (EPREL), before selling them on the European market.
2. 在2017年8月1日到2019年1月1日期間進入歐盟的產(chǎn)品，則需要在2019年7月1日之前完成在EPREL系統(tǒng)(歐盟能效標簽產(chǎn)品注冊)的登記。
For products placed on the EU market between 1 August 2017 and 1 January 2019, their registration can be done until 1 July 2019.
3. 在2017-08-01之前進入歐盟的產(chǎn)品，可以選擇自愿性登記。
For products placed on the EU market before 1 August 2017, their registration is made on a voluntary basis.
需要注冊的產(chǎn)品
目前來講，并不是所有進入歐盟市場有能效標簽要求的產(chǎn)品都需要注冊。但是后期控管注冊產(chǎn)品的范圍會越來越廣。目前需要在EPREL系統(tǒng)中注冊的產(chǎn)品如下（14大類）：
空調(diào)，烹飪電器，洗碗機，加熱器，燈具，燈泡，局部空間加熱器，家用制冷設備，專用制冷設備，固體燃料鍋爐，電視機，滾筒干燥機，輪胎，真空吸塵器，住宅通風設備，家用洗衣機。

— Heaters (space and water heaters); -Lamps; -Local space heaters;

需要登記在數(shù)據(jù)庫上的信息包括：能效標簽、技術資料及符合性證明。
Product information to be entered in the database relates to the energy label, technical documentation and compliance information.
需要先創(chuàng)建一個帳戶。
從2019年第2季度開始，消費者可以通過EPREL數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢到產(chǎn)品能效標簽和信息。
Consumers will be able to search the EPREL database for energy labels and product information sheets as of the second quarter 2019.
